Philosophy of Consortium Consultancy

AIM:

We consistently endeavor to provide the highest possible corporate communication training service to the client at the most economical rate.

CLIENT:

Our client’s employees utilize English communication as part to their work.

ANALYSIS:

Our professional training consultants meet face-to-face with each client and each of their employees to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their English communication requirements. The analysis is conducted before the training course begins to ensure that the trainee’s requirements are clearly understood.

In addition to the pre-course trainee’s needs analysis mentioned above, regular solicited feedback from the trainee’s during the course is obtained. The trainee’s feedback is used to add refinements to each element of the trainee’s program. E.g. the amount of trainee’s speaking time -vs- listening time during their lesson, additional -vs- fewer training materials supplied by trainer, training pace made faster or slower for the trainee, etc.

MATERIALS:

The trainee’s analysis is constantly utilized as the basis for developing trainee centered original materials. Original materials are produced by each of our professional training consultants to accurately and consistently match the requirements of each individual trainee.

TRAINERS:

We hire and retain the best trainers available by paying the trainers well above the common remuneration standard.

Best trainer means:
they remain flexible with training location and lesson time schedules
they are capable of analyzing the trainee’s English communication requirements
they have experience developing and delivering “trainee centered” original materials
they accept feedback graciously and refine what’s necessary to further satisfy the trainee’s specific learning requirements

OVERHEAD:

We have developed a system that keeps our overhead competitively very low. Most likely, the lowest among the other vendors your company utilizes. This represents a 10 to 30 percent savings for your company because it is a cost factor that we do not pass on to you.
