Reason for the Other Vendors' High Overhead:

Other vendors have a high overhead because they have additional pay out requirements. E.g. payments for their staff that do sales, marketing, administration, report processing and management. Therefore, only a small amount of funds remains for paying their training specialist.

Possible Dilemma for Your Company:

A low paid high-level training specialist will leave the vendor eventually for a higher paying opportunity. This may also produce a set back for your company if you have to find a new trainer (usually during one of your on going courses.)
